Customer Service Representative

Staffing Priorities is now hiring enthusiastic, professional and reliable Customer Service Representatives for an elite Call Center in Buckhead. This position is Temp to Hire upon acceptable performance metrics at client discretion. Candidates MUST be able to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am and 8pm. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday. There are no part-time positions available at this time.

Candidate Specifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent Communication skills
• Call Center Experience preferred.

Critical Skills Required

• Excellent keyboard skills
• Phone system adaptability
• Customer Service Skills
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good logical and analytical reasoning.

Principal Job Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately performing multi-tasks like documenting information, seeking information, problem solving and updating by researching on data
• Demonstrate strong work ethics and maintain confidentiality of information
• Answer client calls and assist customers with immediate response support needs, handle/route accordingly delivering support for all customers.
• Log customer calls
• Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
• Follow proper escalation procedures.
• Work effectively as a team member to facilitate a cooperative environment
